Please provide our warehouse operating hours to your supplier to avoid FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS or packages being left outside our warehouse. *We are not liable for packages left unattended outside our warehouse facility. A representative signature is required for all deliveries. (Please ensure this information is added in the ‘special instructions’ field on your supplier’s website)

Please DO NOT select overnight delivery service, as this is for US residential customers only. Be sure to add delivery instructions during checkout. Here you will be able to select business hours to avoid delivery attempts outside of operating hours.

SPECIAL NOTICE FOR WALMART SHOPPERS!
Do not select delivery via ‘POSTMATES’ or any other domestic delivery service. These services are intended for U.S-based residential customers. Items are typically delivered in plastic bags without a name or tracking number. Please also ensure that you use the ‘add delivery instructions’ option to provide business hours to the supplier.

USEFUL TIPS:
-If shipping a fragile item, add additional instructions to the supplier to ensure items are properly packaged for international shipping.
-We are happy to accept Drop-offs. Please ensure items a packaged sufficiently. A drop-off receipt will be provide once your item is received and processed by a warehouse representative.
